Stallone admitted that many luxury estates he toured before felt impressive but cold. Everything changed when he and Jennifer walked into this lakefront Palm Beach property, built in 2014.
“Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you,” Stallone reflected. “This one finally felt like home.”

Though the mansion is filled with soaring ceilings, marble finishes, and priceless artwork, the couple focused on practicality and comfort.
“We have three dogs, a cat, and lots of children. Nothing we own is precious,” Flavin shared. “Our family is precious. The material things are not.”
To bring their vision to life, they worked with celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who blended soft textures, performance fabrics, and vibrant colors to create a home that feels luxurious but lived-in.
